论虚拟生产对中小企业发展的借鉴

Virtual Product and Its Use for Reference to the Reform of SMEs

我国中小企业对国民经济的发展具有重要作用。但随着市场经济的发展和“入世”,我国中小企业在发展中逐渐暴露出众多问题:产业结构初级化、产品结构单一化;技术装备差,专业化程度低;企业布局分散,不能形成规模经济;科技及管理人才匮乏;粗放式经营、资源浪费严重等。如何使中小企业摆脱困境,提高竞争力和竞争优势,是中小企业急待解决的问题。中小企业可以通过虚拟生产模式:建动态合作联盟、对非核心业务实行外包、接外包业务等虚拟生产方式来实现二次创业。

SMEs take a very important effect to the national economy. With the development of market economy and the entry into WTO , a lot of problems are exposed in SMEs: the primary of industrial structure and single - product structure ; poor technological equipment and lower specialization; enterprises loose distribution failing to form the scale economy ; short of the talents in technology and management; serious resources waste and etc. SMEs want to get ride of difficult position and raise competence, they may adopt virtual product.
