On the Planning System of the Surpassive Development Strategy and Highly Centralized Power

一国在一定时期内的经济体制不仅要受到基本经济制度的制约,同时,经济发展战略的选择和实施对体制的形成也起着至关重要的作用。本文从这一角度分析了赶超型发展战略与中国当时的资源禀赋条件之间的矛盾,并对传统的计划体制的成因作出了新的解释。

The structure of an economy is not only determined by its fundamental economic system, but also affected crucially by the choice and enforcement of the economic development strategy. This article analyzes the contradiction between the surpassive development strategy and the situation of resources endowments in China, and gives an new explanation for the reason of the traditional planning structure.
