关于财务管理专业培养目标的思考

On Training Object of Finance - managing Speciality

在知识经济时代,如何按照教育部提出的“厚基础,宽口径,高素质”培养目标要求,培养出有道德、有理想、有合理的知识结构与能力结构,富有创造性的、具有较高资本运作能力的财务管理专业毕业生是我国高校教师急待研究的问题。现就大学本科财务管理专业培养目标确定过程中相关的几个问题进行了初步探讨。

It is the urgent problem which is waiting for college teachers to research how colleges should develop the graduates of finance - managing speciality who have morality, ideal, reasonable structure of both knowledge and ability, rich creativity and higher running aptitude according to target - developing demand of 'Thick Base, Wide Caliber and High Quality' advanced by Educational Ministry. The article does preliminary exploration of a few basic problems which are related to the process of defining finance - managing speciality' s training object of college regular course.
