血管化自体颌下腺移植术后失神经支配腺体的病理变化

The pathological changes of the denervated gland after vascularized autologous submandibular gland transfer

目的 :研究血管化自体颌下腺移植术后失神经支配腺体的病理变化 ,探讨其分泌机制。方法 :在摘除泪腺建立家兔角结膜干燥症模型的基础上进行血管化自体颌下腺移植 ,于移植术后分别对不同时间失神经支配腺体组织切片行HE染色、S 10 0蛋白抗体免疫组化染色 ,光镜观察 ,制做电镜标本透射电镜观察。结果 :移植后早期可见腺实质部份轻度萎缩变性样改变 ,神经节及神经纤维不同程度变性。长期观察腺体结构正常 ,腺体内可见健康的神经节及神经纤维。电镜观察见腺泡细胞内较多分泌颗粒。结论 :移植腺体能保持旺盛的分泌功能 ,失神经支配腺体未见萎缩。

Objectives:To study the pathological changes of the transplanted submandibular gland. Methods: Vascularized submandibular gland transfer was used as the treatment for xerophthalmia of the rabbits in which the lacrimal glands had been removed. After transplantation, the tissue sections of the transplanted glands at different time intervals were stained with HE and immunohistochemically stained with antibody against S 100 protein and examined under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: In the early period, mild atrophic and degenerated changes could be found in the glands; after long term observation, it was found that the structure of the transplanted glands were normal, many secretive granules in acini could be found under electronic microscope.Conclusion: The denervated glands could maintain the secretive function with no sign of glandular atrophy after autologous submandibular gland transfer.
