摘要 目的 :构建高血压相关基因和蛋白质数据库 ,以促进高血压医学生物信息学的研究。方法 :以GenBank、LocusLink、GDB、GenCard、Proteome等数据库作为信息数据来源 ;根据高血压相关信息的内容将数据库设计为基因、蛋白质和功能 3部分 ;编写软件从上述信息资源中获取数据 ,分类整理 ,存入数据库 ,利用软件的管理和查询功能对于本地数据进行管理和检索。结果 :经过OMIM、文献和相关数据库的检索 ,目前确定了 431个高血压的相关基因 ,379个蛋白质 ;建立高血压相关基因和蛋白质数据库 ,并对其内容进行初步分析。最终实现了网上发布和查询。结论 :通过整合现有相关信息 ,建立一个种类繁多、内容齐全与高血压相关的二级数据库 ,为高血压和心血管的研究提供一个新的便捷的生物信息查询的工具。 Objective: To constract hypertension Related Gene and Protein Database and provide a useful query tool for the research of hypertension in biomedical information. Methods: Data are collected from databases such as GenBank, LocusLink, GDB, GenCard, and Proteome. And items of the database are divided into 3 aspects: gene, protein and function. Data were classified, and stored into database by programming and published on web. Results:We found 431 genes and 379 proteins to relate to hypertension from OMIM, related articles and databases. And the contents of database were also analyzed. Conclusion: A complete and content rich database related to hypertension has been constructed, providing a new and useful bioinformatics query tool for hypertension and cardiovascular research.
