摘要
应力断料是产生于八十年代初建立在断裂力学基础上的 ,能实现固体材料连续界面快速和规则分离的先进加工工艺方法。通过有色金属应力断料中的开拓性工作 ,从微细观层次上解释了应力切断断口上裂纹源的形成 ,以及裂纹扩展的物理过程 ;首次提出了变形局部化的形成与演化是材料准脆性断裂主要内因的新见解。还借助理论引伸出提高工件转速 。
The theory of stress fracturing material emerged at the beginning of 1980's and was founded on the basis of fracture mechanics. Under this theory,an advanced process technology can be achieved and be used to separate the continuous interfere of solid quickly and regularly.The paper introduces the work which the author got from the development work of stress fracturing material emerged in the non ferrous metal.The form of the crack source on the stress fracture and the physics process of crack growth are microcosmically explained. A new view that the formation and evolution of the deformed part is the main internal cause of stress fracturing material is firstly put forward. Furthermore, based on the theory the proposition,which could raises the speed of work pieces to shorten the time of stress fracture of cyclinder, is extended.
