网络教育的迅速发展对教师提出了新的挑战 ,对教师进行培训从而提高教师在网络环境中从教的素质已迫在眉睫 。

The paper firstly points out that the quick development of network education is imposing new challenges upon teachers engaged in this field.Therefore,it becomes an urgent task now to train these teachers for the purpose of promoting their capacities required.Under this circumstance the paper expounds the principles and contents of the discipline in the light of the brand new network based education model.
