摘要
面对全球性的激烈竞争 ,日新月异的技术 ,企业人力资源开发与管理创新势在必行。根据企业人力资源开发管理创新的内涵及特征 ,对企业人力资源创新发生的领域、范围和空间以及创新的策略进行探讨 ,使企业用全新的方式来看待企业中最关键的资源——人力资源 。
World wide competition in all walks of life and the advancement of new technology are demanding innovation of management,especially human resource management.This paper summarizes some of the research into the field,scope,content,characteristics,potentialities and strategies of the innovation of human resource management.The authors highlight that it is innovation in the area in discussion that enables an enterprise to hold the key to management and to gain an competitive edge.
