The Environmental Structure of Moral Education Process

促进德育的有效实施因素很多 ,但环境的因素是起到关键作用的。我们可以从广义上把个体内化德育内容的自身主观因素以外的所有因素 ,都可看成是环境构成因素 ,只有对环境构成因素有比较清楚的认识 ,并在此基础上从整体出发对构成的原则、构成的方式和功能特征进行分析和构建 ,将对有效的开展德育过程会有积极的作用。

Factors affecting the implementation of moral education are manifold.The author highlights that environment plays the key role in the process of moral education.To the author's knowledge,all the elements except the personal facts in individual inner digest moral education can be referred to as the environmental structure elecments in the broad sense.The author believes that the effectiveness of the moral education depends on clear understanding of the components of the environment,on the analyses and construction of moral education's principles,on the ways of moral education and on clear understanding of the function and characteristics of moral education.This article exemplifies the understanding of the subject in question.
