实验室建设“项目化”管理的探讨

A Discussion of Laboratory Construction by Programs

为加强实验室建设 ,充分发挥投资效益 ,保证本科实践教学重点与急需 ,我院对实验室建设实行“项目化”管理 ,改变以往资金切块分配的方法 ,对实验室的建设更加透明、合理 ,促进实验室合理配置 。

In order to strengthen the laboratory construction,put the funds into efficient use and meet the needs of the undergraduates during field practice,our university is practicing laboratory construction by means of turning it into programs in stead of dividing funds among the departments.The author points out that this new measure can not only optimize the exploitation of the laboratory resources but also contribute to the innovation of field practice.
