An Analysis of the Scores on the Entrance Test of Mathematics for Postgraduates

利用多元统计方法 ,建立多元回归模型对某年研究生入学考试数学试卷进行统计分析 ,找出了造成当年考分过低的原因以及影响考生成绩的主要因子 。

This paper deals with a statistic analysis of the scores on the entrance test of mathematics for the postgraduates.By means of multivariate statistical analysis and multivariate regression modeling,we find out the main factors which affect the test results.We also analyze the reasons for the too low scores on the exams this year.We made such an effort in an attempt to provide the leadership of this college with information for the sake of the development of this college.We also bring forward methods for teaching innovation and proposals for counteracting situations like that we have encountered this year.
