摘要 本文根据热力学理论和化学平衡原理,提出了γ—C_2S 水化活性诱导激活技术途径,并分别在γ—C_2S 和铬铁渣(γ—C_2S>75%)体系进行了实验验证,其结果表明:选用活性 Al_2O_3材料与无水石膏匹配作为诱导激活剂,可显著提高γ—C_2S的水化活性,其28d 龄期水化程度可达9.0~15.0%;应用诱导激活技术配制的铬铁渣胶凝材料28d 净浆强度可达17.0MPa。本文由实验分析获得诱导激活剂中活性 Al_2O_3材料/无水石膏的适宜范围为:0.67~1.2. In this papcr,the technical way for induced activation of the hydration of γ-C_2S was developed with the aid of theory of thcrmodynamics and principles of chemical equilibrium,and it was proved by test on the systems of γ-C_2S and chromium slag (γ-C_2S>75%).The test results showed that by use of containing active Al_2O_3 material and anhydrated gypsum as the inducing activator the hydration activity of γ-C_2S was increased markedly.Its hydration degree and compressive strength of paste from chromium slag cementious at the age of 28 days were 15% and 17.0 MPa respectively.The suitable ratio of the inducing activators(active Al_2O_3 material/unhydrated gypsum)was 0.67~1.2.
