摘要
对气—液内混式高压油喷嘴气体流量特性进行了实验研究。分析了操作参数、喷嘴混合室进出口孔径、无因次量F3/(F1+F2 )对流量特性的影响 ,为此类喷嘴结构的改进、提高其使用性能提供了依据。
An experimental study has been made on the internal-mixing atomizer with high pressure.Atomizing air flow characteristics is analyzed.The coefficient of flow is found to be related to the inlet and outlet diameter of the mixing chamber and the pressure of atomizing air.A new kind of oil burner,with optimum technological parameters,has been designed and applied to aluminium melting furnace.The application results show that burner has advantages of complete combustion and energy-saving.
