摘要
超临界流体萃取是近 2 0年发展起来的新分离技术 ,应用范围广泛 ,已越来越多地受到人们的重视。简单介绍了该技术的原理及在食品、医药。
As a new technology of separation, the supercritical fluid extraction is developed from utilizing fluid with special capacity of dissolution enhancement located in supercritical temperature and pressure in the last twenty years. Over 100 years before, the technology was invented, but it is used widely in the industries of foodstuff, spices and medicine, chemical and environmental protection industry and so on in recent years. The authors expound that the principles of the technology and its applications and development trend in the scopes of different industries.
