摘要
针对HMOR—MODEL— 2高温抗折试验仪SiC—SiC垫板使用寿命过低的问题 ,从设备结构上进行改进 ,研制优质防氧化涂剂代替匣钵埋炭保护热处理 ,取得了良好的效果。
Carbon compound refractory material is of preferred high temperature, heat and seismic resistance, residual and corrosive resistance, widely used in the industry of metallurgy. High temperature break resistant intensity is a vital important index for weighing the high temperature physical properties of the refractory material. In terms of high temperature break resistant intensity of the most compound refractory materials, in oxidant conditions, at a temperature of 450℃, the surface will be oxidized gradually, then the oxidation spread to the surface of the products through the dispersion and interface reaction. So, in the course of testing the high temperature break resistant intensity of the carbon compound refractory, in order to prevent the sample from being oxidized and to reflect the high temperature property truthfully, the authors, through modifying the structures of the original tester, prepared a new kind of high quality antioxidant coating to replace the original treating method, and has acquired fine results.
