郑州市127所私立托幼园卫生保健现状调查及对策

Investigation on the situation of sanitation and health of 127 private kinde gartens in Zhengzhou and the measures to be taken accordingly

目的 为了解郑州市私立托幼园卫生保健现状 ,针对存在问题制订对策。方法 自行设计调查表格 ,统一培训调查员 ,入园现场调查。调查内容共涉及卫生保健 10大类 ,80个子项目。结果 共对 12 7所私立托幼园卫生保健现状进行了调查。调查结果显示 :私立托幼园重教育轻保健 ,托幼园舍条件差 ,卫生保健不落实 ,卫生保健人员缺乏、素质差。租房办园危害大。对策 部门协作齐抓共管 ,完善集体儿童卫生保健法制建设 ,建立合格的卫生保健技术队伍 ,分级专人管理 ,定期检查 ,随时抽查 ,加强对幼儿家长宣传教育。

Objective: In order to know and understand the situation of sanitation and health of private kindergartens in Zhengzhou,the investigation has been made and the measures have been recommended to deal with the problems existing in the kindergarten. Method Using selfdesigned investigation table, training the investigators to go to the kindergartens to work on site. The investigation covers 80 items of 10 categaries related with sanitation and health field. Result The investigation has been conducted on the 127 kindergartens. The invedigation shows that the private kindergartens pay more attention on education than on heath, the schoolhouse conditions of the kindergartens are notsatisfactory,measures and attention on the sanitation and health are not enough.There lacks qualified personnel for the sanditition and health.There are many harmful factors set up kindergarten on the rented site. Measures The government depatments concerned should work together to improve the legal construction for the sanitation and health for the children,train the qualified team for the work,appoint personnel to be responsible for the work and inspect the sanitation and health situation of the kindergartents regularly and at random.
