摘要 概述了有关细粒度金刚石烧结体中异常粒成长问题的实验结果。提出异常粒成长是金刚石在金属溶剂作用下单方向的溶解再结晶过程 ,其驱动力是金刚石表面自由能之差。举例说明了对原料金刚石微粉进行前处理 ,选择合适的烧结助剂 ,以及在原料金刚石微粉中添加少量其它物质 。 This paper reviewed behaviors of abnormal grain growth in the sintering of fine grained polycrystalline diamond compacts. The abnormal grain growth could be explained by dissolution and reprecipitation process of the diamond in the molten metal, and its driving force was thought to be the difference of surface free energies between the fine powder and the large grain. Three basic ways to restrain the abnormal grain growth were suggested such as pretreatment of the starting fine powder, improving the sintering agents and adding other hard material powders.
