Ni-Cr合金钎焊单层金刚石磨料的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 单层钎焊超硬磨料工具有着传统电镀工具无法比拟的优异性能。利用高频感应加热的方法 ,以Ni- Cr合金为钎料 ,通过控制电流和加热时间 ,实现了金刚石与钢基体的牢固连接。利用恒压划擦磨损实验对钎焊后的金刚石工具性能进行了评价 ,在整个划擦磨损过程中都没有发现金刚石整颗脱落 。 The brazed of a monolayer diamond tool has distinct advantages compared with the conventional electroplated diamond wheel in terms of faster cutting speed and longer life. In this paper, a firm joint between steel base and diamond grain was realized by using a high frequency induction welding technique. Ni Cr was used as the brazing alloy and the brazing current and time were carefully controlled. A scratch test was conducted under the condition of constant pressure in order to evaluate the performance of the diamond tool. The wear modes of such brazed diamond tool are mainly grit fracture and attrition. No grit dislodgement from the bond was found during the scratch test.
