摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了超细莫来石粉末,研究了不同的初始原料、溶液pH值对Al_2O_3-SiO_2溶液凝胶化的影响和干燥控制化学添加荆对干凝胶粉末粒度的影响。本文制备的Al_2O_3-SiO_2干凝胶粉末粒度小、反应活性高,在较低的温度下烧结即可生成莫来石晶相。
Ultrafine mullite powder was prepared by sol-gel process. The effect of starting materials and pH values on the gelation of Al_2O_3-SiO_2 solution was studied. The influence of DCCAs on the grain size of dried gel was also examined. Al_2O_3-SiO_2 dried gel powder thus prepared is of small size, high reactivity, and can form mullite when sintered at temperature lower than 1000℃.
