介绍了以地籍管理成果为基础 ,以房产管理部门的历史档案调查、实地调查资料为辅助的网络化房产办公系统组建的全过程。并对作业详细步骤和系统工作的原理以及系统的功能作以评介。
Based on the cadastral results including cadastral sheep with CAD format and cadastral attribute database with access format,through the investigations into historical archives of estate management departments and the data investigated on the spot,the total process of establishment of the networking estate management office system is described.The operational proceclures in details,the work principle of the system and its functions are evaluated and reviewed.
