摘要
本文研究了含钇玻璃的组成及其有关性质,筛选出熔制性能好、容易成球的玻璃组成作为内辐射治癌用基础玻璃。通过适当的球化和分选过程,制得一定尺寸的、能满足医用要求的含钇玻璃微球。该微球在核反应堆中,经中子照射处理后,可放射β射线。作为内辐射载体,这种玻璃微球在临床上取得了满意的效果。
In this paper the formation area of glass containing yttrium was investigated and optimal composition in the area was selected for the base glass used for the intraarterial radiotherapeutical purpose, which has better melting behavior and is easier to be spericized. The glass microspheres containing yttrium with certain particle size were made, which can meet the biomaterial requirements. After being irradiated by neutron bombardment in a nuclear reactor, they can emit βrays. These glass microspheres used for the intraarteria radiotherapeutical carrier were tested on clinic trial and the results are in- spiring.
