文章简要介绍了黑龙江省防汛指挥系统建设的目标 ,论述了 3S技术是该系统应用的关键技术 ,以及展现了 3S技术在该系统应用的发展趋势。
The paper introduces briefly the goal for the Flood Control Command System of Heilongjiang Province,describes that 3S technology is the key technique used in the system,and shows the developing tendency of 3S technology used in the system.
