本文用离子探针测定了Li^+,K^+,和Rb^+离子在ZBLAN玻璃中转变温度附近的自扩散系数,计算了扩散活化能和频率因子,讨论了离子半径、极化率、温度和混合盐对碱金属离子扩散的影响,对比了氧化物和氟化物玻璃中离子电导和扩散,由此探讨了扩散机理。
In the ZrF_4-BaF_2-LaF_3-AlF_3-NaF glass, the salf-diffusion coefficients of Li^+, K^+and Rb^+ ions at transition temperature range have been measured by means of IMA. Activation energies and frequency factors were calculated from the data of diffusion.The effect of ionic radius, polarizability and composition of mixed salt on the al- kali ion diffusion is discussed.The mechanism of ionic electrical conduction and ionic diffu- sion in fluoride glass were compared with those in oxide glass.
