摘要
借助光学、电子显微镜,X射线衍射及差热分析等手段,研究了BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2系统非铁电定向极性微晶玻璃的显微结构和定向程度。普通微晶化处理工艺所得微晶玻璃中,出现球状晶体干扰定向平行析晶,改变了材料的定向度及极性分布。高梯温处理工艺可避免球状晶体的产生,提高了材质性能。
By means of optical and electronic microscope, XRD, DTA, the microstructure of non-ferroelectric oriented polar glass-ceramics and the oriented crystallization process of spherocrystals have been studied on BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2 system. Spherocrystals change the orientation degree and polarity of some domain for the traditional crystallization technique. The spherocrystale can be avoided in the gradient temperature, then the prop- erties of glass-ceramics are improved.
