交通运输项目DEA评价方法的改进问题

Improvement on the assessment method for transportation projects

数据包络分析方法(DEA)是可用于交通运输项目评价的重要方法之一。通过引入一个虚拟决策单元,设计了交通运输项目改进DEA评价模型,并给出了评价案例。评价结果表明,基于虚拟决策单元的DEA评价模型完全克服了传统DEA模型不能有效区分有效决策单元方面的不足,为交通运输部门的决策者提供了更为有效的决策分析工具。

Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is one of important methods of assessing the transportation projects. By incorporating a fictitious DMU, this paper presents an improved model of DEA for transportation projects with an example. The results evaluation show that the established DEA model fully overcomes the weakness in which the traditional DEA models does not differentiate the efficient DMUs and provides a tool of more efficient analysis for the policymaker in transportation departments.;
