摘要 研究了冰型制造中的喷射技术和工艺问题。通过实验认为基于电磁阀高频振荡的离散喷射方式最适合于低温冰型成形。提出了临界成形时间的概念,并研究了影响成形质量的诸多因素。通过工艺参数优化,制造出质量较高的冰型。 The jetting technique and forming process of ice-model has been studied. It is approved that dispensing jetting head based on high frequency surge of electromagnetic valve is the better way for low-temperature ice-model forming. The critical forming time has been put forward and several factors which influence forming quality have been studied. Through optimizing parameters, ice-model with good quality has been produced.
