摘要
夏洛蒂的《简·爱》和鲁迅的《伤逝》塑造了两个反抗社会的女性形象——简·爱与子君。但是,她们一个由不幸走向幸运之途,一个由幸福走向痛苦的深渊以至失去生命。英国19世纪自由而充满竞争的社会环境造就了简·爱理性反抗的精神;中国"五四"时代的特殊社会环境造就了子君,她和许多犯了时代病的"五四"青年一样,并未将反封建、反传统的理性觉悟内化到心理深层中去,真正成为她的行为价值规范。
Jane Eyre and Zi Jun, two main characters in Charlotte's Jane Eyre and Lu Xun's Shang Shi(Regret For the Past ), respectively represent the same female images who are courageous to resist against the maltreatment imposed by the society But they turned out to have quite different fate Jane Eyre, having a miserable life originally, got her happiness in the end Zi Jun, happy as she appeared at the very beginning, was greatly beaten by one misfortune after another and finally lost her lifeIn the 19th century, Britain was a society of free competition, in which Jane Eyre's rebelling spirit and rationality was cultivated However, Zi Yun, a character living in the time of the May 4th Movement in China, was greatly affected by the characteristics of the society of that time Like many other youth who were 'stricken' by the mode of times, she failed to internalize the anti-feudalism and anti-convention ideology which in turn failed to guide her behavior
