关于二级医院后勤管理改革的几点思考

随着中国建立社会主义市场经济体制和加入WTO ,社会政治、经济形势发生了巨大的变化。为了适应新形势的发展要求 ,同时也为了医院的生存和发展 ,各级医院都在进行全面的改革。文章着眼于下一步二级医院后勤管理的改革 ,力求从二级医院后勤改革的必要性、重点、难点和怎样进行改革等问题进行探索性的思考。

With China establishing socialism market economy and entering WTO, society and economy are greatly changing. For adapting to requirements of new situation and hospital development, all hospitals at different levels are carrying out whole reforms. This paper focuses on logistics reform in secondary hospitals and tries to discuss the necessity, key issues, difficult issues and how to reform.
