Investigate Physical Teacher Condition of Middle School in the Three Georges Area

运用访问调查、文献资料研究法等,对三峡库区中学体育教师队伍状况进行调查、分析后得出结论:加强培训工作,优化教师队伍结构是提高库区体育教师水平的重要途径。

Recently, we have investigated the teaching quality of middle school by means of interviewing, studying daumentary materials and so on .According to analysis we find that ,there is an abvious faille among the PE teachers over 40 years old .young teacher have lower degree and title .Therefore ,we should encourage the young teachers to improve the degree, have more training and optimize the teaching level of the PE teacher.
