公司治理结构(Corporate Covernance)是公司生存、发展的基础。完善公司的治理结构就是要使公司内部各要素之间能够既相互制衡又相互促进,达到协调发展。本文试从股东、董事会、监事会以及公司的社会责任等几个方面论述在我国目前情况下如何完善公司治理结构的几个问题。

Corporate Covernance is the foundation of companies to exist and develop. Perfect corporate covernance requires all factors inside companies can coordinately improve with not only restricting each other but also stimulating each other . This article discusses how to improve the corporate covernance at present in China from these aspects such as shareholders , board of directors , supervisory board and social responsibilities of corporations.
