共用模板技术的应用 ,有效地降低了复合模成本并缩短了制造周期。介绍了复合模共用模板的设计与加工要点,并着重介绍了线切割加工时 ,电极丝的偏移距离和倾斜角的计算方法。
The application of the shared plate technology effectively lowered the cost of the compound die and shortened the manufacturing cycle.The main points for designing and manufacturing the shared plate of the compound die were introduced.The methods for calˉculating the offset distance and inclined angle of the electrode wire in wire cutting were mainly introduced.
