摘要
通过 1 6 0t钢包蓄热式烘烤实验和数值模拟 ,得出在给定烘烤时间内 ,当气体不经预热时包衬平均烘烤温度为 1 2 2 0K ,包衬圆周温差大于 80K ;空气 煤气预热至 1 2 73K时 ,钢包烘烤温度可达 1 30 0K ,包衬圆周温差小于 2 0K。
By means of a 160 t ladle regenerative baking test and numeric simulation, it is obtained that in given baking time as no using regenerative baking - gas no preheating the average temperature of baked lining is 1 220 K and temperature differential of lining circle is more than 80 K; as using regenerative baking - air and gas preheat to 1 273 K, the temperature of baked lining is up to 1 300 K and temperature differential of lining circle is less than 20 K. Therefore to using both combustion air and gas preheating regenerative combustion technology is available to increasing ladle baking efficiency and lining temperature.
