摘要  测定了43~63℃自制负载金属离子的阳离子交换树脂催化乙酸与乙醇的酯化反应时,催化剂用量、乙酸乙酯或水的初始浓度对酯化反应的影响。根据实验所得的动力学数据,用阻尼最小二乘法获得了实验条件范围内乙酸与乙醇的催化酯化反应动力学方程:-rA=-dcAW0)/(1-0.4091cE0+0.1037c2E0)]·dt=cc[(1+0.1451cW0-0.09473c2exp(-44438/RT)(224.43cAcB-56.92cEcW) It has been studied that the kinetics of the esterification of alcohol with acetic acid catalyzed by homemade laden metallic cation exchange resin. The influences of the usage of the catalyst, the initial concentration of water or ethyl acetate on the esterification rate were determined. According to the kinetic data, the kinetic equation was obtained under normal pressure and at 43~63℃ using the Marquardt bimultiplication regression.
