摘要
对20g钢采用不同的热处理工艺或焊接工艺,制备成热处理冲击试样和焊接冲击试样,分别具有W和块状α组织。冲击韧性测试表明,W与相同晶粒度的块状α相比具有较高的冲击韧性。微观断口形貌观察发现,W室温冲击断裂时,均以韧窝机制断裂,而块状α可能以韧窝、解理或混合机制断裂。条状先共析α的存在有利于力学性能的提高。
Different crafts for heating-treatment or welding were used in the experiment, and the specimens which contained W and nubble α were obtained for impacting. The impacting results indicated that W had better impacting toughness than α which had same figure. Observation on micro-fracture im-plied the specimen consisted of W would rupture in tough nest way, however, the specimen consisted of nubble α would rupture in other ways instead.
