硫化脂肪和磷系添加剂在菜子油中的复配性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以精制菜子油为基础油 ,在四球摩擦磨损实验机上考察了几种硫化脂肪添加剂和磷系添加剂P1 2 0的复配性。试验结果表明 ,菜子油中加入硫化脂肪和P1 2 0的复剂后 ,WSD明显下降 ,而PB 值和PD 值则大幅度增加 ,表明硫化脂肪和含磷添加剂P1 2 0复配 。 The effect of several sulfureted fatty additives and phosphorus type additives P120 on the compatibility were investigated with four ball testing machine using the rapeseed oil as base oil. The experimental results reveals that WSD can be descended, the P B value and the P D value can be obviously increased with sulfureted fatty and phosphorus type additives in rapeseed oil, the load carrying capacity of the lubricant film and the exteme pressure antiwear capacity can also be improved.
