Experiment Study of Polyamide Used in Compressor Piston Ring

通过对聚酰胺等材质的摩擦特性试验分析 ,提出了在一定的条件下 ,采用填充聚酰胺材质制作压缩机活塞环 ,可提高其使用寿命和减少摩擦功率的可行方案 。

With the analysis of friction characteristics of polyamicte material, it pointed out, under certain conditions, that using the compressor piston ring filled with polyamide could improve its service life and decease its friction. It also made a detail analysis for a practical example.
