复方减毒1号对香烟所致小鼠急性毒性的影响

Effect of compound detoxicating agent No 1 on acute poisoned mice by tobacco fume extract

目的 :观察中药复方减毒 1号对香烟烟气过滤水溶液所致小鼠急性毒性的影响。方法 :选取市售B烟厂产TJ香烟、DJ香烟 ,分别分为无过滤嘴TJ香烟、全药无过滤嘴TJ香烟、全过滤嘴TJ香烟、全药去过滤嘴TJ香烟和全药去过滤嘴DJ香烟、半药半过滤嘴DJ香烟、全过滤嘴DJ香烟、去芯过滤嘴DJ香烟 8组 ,制备香烟烟气滤过水溶液 ;昆明种小鼠 ,腹腔注射烟气滤过水溶液 0 .3ml/ 10 g ,设惊厥、倒伏、死亡、恢复站立出现时间 4个观察指标。结果 :减毒 1号均能延长惊厥、倒伏出现的时间 ;用药组存活率 10 0 %。结论 :复方减毒 1号具有降低香烟烟气所致小鼠急性毒性作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of compound detoxicating agent № 1 on acute poisoned mice by tobacco fume extract.Methods:Two brands of cigarettes,TJ and DJ were chosen to prepare the tobacco fume extract. Experiment for brand of DJ was divided into four groups:the group of cigarettes without filter,the group with full medicine but without filter,the group with filter and the group with full medicine but filter has been taken off.Experiment for brand of DJ was divided into four groups:the groups of cigarettes with full medicine but without filter(filter has been taken off),the group with half amount of medicine,the group with filter and the group without filter(filter has been taken off).The water solution filtered tobacco fume was prepared.The mice of Kunming species were injected with 0.3 ml×10 -1 of water solution filtered tobacco fume. Four indices of observation were set including the times of alerting,of falling over,of dying and of recovering to stand up.Results:Compound detoxicating agent № 1 has prolong the appearing time to alert and to fall over.The surviving rate after prescription of medicine is 100%.Conclusions:Compound detoxicating agent № 1 has effect on relieving mice acutely poisoned by tobacco fume extract.
