Under the new historical condition, Jiang Zemin has enriched and deepened the scientific connotation of the party's thinking line. Establishment of directing position of Deng Xiaoping's theory, correct handling of many important relations in building modernization, theoretical creation of three represents thought, all these are inexorable results of emancipating the mind in practice, seeking truth from facts and advancing with the time.
