摘要
目的 :探讨脊髓型颈椎病的手术治疗。方法 :对 38例脊髓型颈椎病 ,通过影像特征进行分析 ,分别行颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术或颈前路减压植骨术。结果 :随访 6个月～ 10年 ,摄片未发现不稳定现象 ,植骨均愈合。功能评价 :优良 32例(84 .2 % ) ,可 4例 (10 .5 % ) ,差 2例 (5 .3% )。结论 :脊髓型颈椎病一旦确诊宜尽早手术。手术时机、适应证。
Objective:To discuss the surgical treatment of cervical spondylotic mydopathy(CSM).Methods:The imaging of 38 cases of CSM was analysed.All the cases were treated by anterior cervical decompression and fusion with bone graft or with posterior cervical enlargement of spinal canal.Results:The follow up period extended from 6 months to 10 years.The stability of cervical spine radiographic outcome was very good,and the grafted bone was completely fused.Functional evalution revealed excellent and good in 32 cases (84.2%),fair in 4 cases(10.5%) and poor in 2 cases(5.3%).Conclusions:The operation time,indication surgical techniques and prevention of operation complicatons are important factors for the outcome of the surgery,CSM should appeal to surgery soon as it is diagnosed.
