神经系统疾病NO、NOS、ET和SOD测定及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :通过测定正常人和神经系统疾病患者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)、内皮素 (ET)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平 ,探讨在急性脑血管病发作过程中的病理生理意义。方法 :用硝酸还原酶法测定血浆NO ,酶促反应法测血浆NOS ,放射免疫法测定血浆ET和SOD。结果 :脑梗死组 (A组 )、脑出血组 (B组 )、非中风组 (C组 )和正常对照组 (D组 )结果显示 ,与D组比较 ,A组、B组均有NO显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,ET明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,A组与B组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,SOD在A、B组中明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,尤以B组显著增高 ;C组和D组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在急性脑血管病发作过程中NO、ET、SOD可能促进疾病的发生发展 ,其含量高低可能与脑梗死病情严重程度成正比 ,为今后临床上有效的ET抑制剂、ET受体拮抗剂、清除自由基有效药物提供了理论依据。
