摘要
为满足高炉炼铁对烧结矿产质量的要求 ,近年来 ,柳钢一烧对 2台 2 4m2 烧结机进行了改造 ,实施了一系列新的烧结技术 ,并采用了先进的管理手段 ,使烧结机利用系数提高 0 5 81t/(m2 ·h) ,烧结矿质量改善 ,工序能耗降 2 8 74kgce/t ,创造了可观的经济效益。
In order to meet the needs of blast furnace ironmaking for the output and quality of sinter, a series of new sintering technologies and the advanced management mode were adopted and some processes and equipments were improved in LIUGANG 24*!m 2 sintering plants in recent years. As a result, the sinter productivity was increased by 0.581*!t/(m 2·h), the sinter quality was improved,the energy consumption was decreased by 28.749*!kgce/t and the satisfactory benefit was obtained.
