摘要
针对国内钢铁企业球团生产中膨润土配比较高的状况 ,结合国内外膨润土深加工技术 ,首钢鹏飞公司开发出了一种含有机粘结剂的人工钠化膨润土。在首钢、宣钢球团生产中的使用情况表明 ,该产品可以适用不同的球团生产工艺。采用该产品后 ,膨润土用量明显降低 ,球团矿品位提高 ,为钢铁企业带来了良好的增铁节焦效益。
In connection with higher proportion of bentonite in iron ore pellet production in many domestic iron and steel plants,and on the base of new technologies about bentonite process,a sodium activated bentonite added organic binder has been developed by Sgougang Pengfei Ltd.This product has been used in some pelletizing plants such as Shougang,Xuangang etc.and the results show that it′s proper to different pelletizing process.By adding this product, the bentonite ore ratio can be decreased evidently and the Fe content in pellet can be increased ,and then the obvious benefit could be obtained with the increase in iron output and the decrease in coke consumption.
