摘要
本文总结了我国“六五”、“七五”期间集成电路科技攻关的经验,提出了我国集成电路发展分二步走的战略方针,规划了“八五”重点攻关的研究项目.
This paper sums up the experience in tackling key problems of the int-egrated circuits during the sixth and seventh Five-Year Plans in our country.Atwo-step strategic policy to develop the IC technologies in China is presented.Wealso map out in the paper a set of research projects which should be put emphasis on in the eighth Five-Year Plan.
