摘要
本文介绍了日本高炉的座数、总容积以及其平均利用系数。又介绍了高炉的炉料结构 ,其特点是烧结矿比一直比较平稳 ,而球团矿比自 1979年以后至今一直在下降 ,块矿比一直在上升。最后叙述了神户制钢神户 3号高炉高比例球团矿冶炼指标不理想的情况。
The BF number and their total volume and mean productivity of Japan were introduced in this paper.The characteristics of BF charge burden structure was also presented,i.e.the sinter ratio was always steady,but the pellet ratio was decreasing since 1979 up to now,and the lump ore ratio was increasing continuously.At last,the operating aspect of Kobe №3 BF,Kobe steel ltd.with high pellet ratio charge burden was presented,its metallurgical indexes were not perfect.
