摘要 以食用油作为惟一碳源的无机盐培养基 ,在对快速降解高含油废水的菌株假单胞杆菌WZFF .G 35 0进行各种生长条件优化实验的基础上 ,进一步测试了该菌种的活菌数、脂肪酶活、浊度、残油量、COD等性能。实验结果表明 ,在初始油脂含量为 2 %、COD为 4 0 0 0 0mg/L左右的高含油废水中 ,该菌株生长旺盛 ,繁殖力强 ,可以高负荷下持续运转 ,产生大量的生物表面活性物质 ,促进油脂迅速形成均质乳化状态 ,同时合成分泌高活性脂肪酶 ,快速降解油脂 ,COD和油的去除率均在 On the basis of the research on the optimal growth conditions of an efficient oil biodegrading bacterial strain,Pseudomonas sp.WZFF.G 350,which was cultivated in an environment of edible oil as the sole carbon source,the microbial study and biochemical analysis including the living cell number,lipase activity,turbidity,residual oil and COD were further carried out.The results confirmed that the strain could quickly degrade wastewater containing high concentration of salad oil,this strain grew vigorously,and had a strong reproductive capacity,and that in the high oil containing wastewater which had an initial oil content of 2% and COD degree of almost 40 000 mg/L,the strain produced a large amount bacterial surfactant active substances to generate quickly a complete homogeneous emulsifying state and secreted effective lipase to hydrolyze rapidly oily materials in wastewater,and that the biodegrading operation with the strain treatment could go on smoothly in a high load situation.After the microbial degradation of the high oil containing wastewater,more than 97% of COD and oils were removed out.
