摘要
目前谷维素生产普遍采用碱溶酸析法生产工艺 ,谷维素得率为 35 %~ 4 0 %。为了提高谷维素的得率和米糠油的精炼率 ,研究了溶剂法萃取生产谷维素新工艺。研究中测定了谷维素在甲醇等溶剂中于不同pH值中的溶解性能 ;物理精炼脱酸的工艺参数与谷维素热分解损失率的关系 ,并确定了逆流萃取的效数为 2~ 3,萃取用甲醇的倍量为油重的 1 5~ 3 5。溶剂法萃取使谷维素总得率在原有基础上提高到 70 %以上 ,谷维素纯度超过 99% ,达到了优质品标准 ;精炼米糠油产出率比碱溶酸析法提高了 5 %以上。同时 ,物理精炼脱酸工艺应用于高酸值米糠油的精炼 ,不产生碱炼皂脚 。
Currently the method of alkali solution and acid isolation is extensively used for the oryzanol production.In order to improve the yield of oryzanol and refining efficiency of rice bran oil,advanced technology with solvent extraction for oryzanol production was developed.The solubility of oryzanol in solvent,methanol et al.,at different pH was determined and the relationship between technical parameters of deacidification with physical refining and the losses of oryzanol pyrolysis was also determined.The extraction was done by counter current 2~3 times of contact operations and 1 5~3 5 times of methanol (W/W) were added.The method of solvent extraction to produce oryzanol make the total yield of oryzanol from 35%~40% by the old method mentioned above improved to over 70%.The purity of oryzanol reached more than 99%,conformed to the standard of high grade product.The yield of refined rice bran oil increased more 5% than that with old method.Application of physical refining in the process of rice bran oil with high acid value does not produce soapstock and decrease environment pollution.
