摘要
本文分析了影响我国SCI论文数量与质量的关键因素。通过比较教育部发表SCI论文前十个高校和中国科学院前十个研究所的相关数据,我们发现,研究经费和期刊影响因子是决定我国SCI论文数量的核心因素,而论文数量对论文的引文率有影响,但不是很显著的。一个政策推论是:通过不断加大对科研部门的经费投入,会提高SCI论文的数量,进而会逐渐地提高我国SCI论文的质量。
What determines the quality and quantity of papers in SCI?By comparing the behaviors of researchers in paper writing in top ten universities and top ten research institutes in Chinese Academy of Science,we find out that the key factors influencing the quantity of published papers in SCI are research grant and journal impact.We also realize that the quantity of paper can positively enhance the citation rate.Therefore,the policy implication is:R&D can enhance the amount of papers in SCI and further more enhance the quality of papers.
