将制糖生产的主要副产物废糖蜜进行稀释、澄清 ,调pH值为 4 .5 ,加 0 .0 6 %的磷酸氢二钾 ,0 .0 3%的氯化铵调节成分。接种热带假丝酵母 ,在 30℃下发酵 18h ,经干燥处理 。

The wasted molasses from sugar production was diluted, clarified, adjusted to pH 4.5, and then added with 0.06% KH 2PO 4 of pH5.5 and 0.03% NH4 CL as the medium. The strain Candida utilis was incubated at 30℃ for fermentation for 18h, then the dry yeast could be obtained through drying.
