摘要
以优质的黑米、薏米、荞麦粉为原料 ,采用现代挤压膨化技术制成膨化粉 ,将膨化粉按一定比例添加到小麦粉中 ,分别制作出营养保健价值很高的馒头、蛋糕、烤糕 ,研制出相应的馒头制作工艺、蛋糕制作工艺。
Cereal flours were processed by means of extrusion technology with quality black rice, milled Job's tears seeds and buckwheat as the raw materials. And the extruded flour were mixed in certain proportions, and added into wheat flour to make steamed bread, cakes and baked cakes with highly nutritive and healthy values. Meanwhile, the respective technology for making such health foods was worked out, and the technological data were obtained.
