摘要
本文通过将不同含量的纳米SiO2、ZnO或Fe2O3采用共混法与丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂或聚酯树脂进行良好分散,制备了溶剂型纳米紫外屏蔽透明涂料。对不同纳米粒子添加量时涂料的紫外屏蔽性和透明性进行了研究,并对在丙烯酸树脂添加3%纳米SiO2所制备的涂料进行了TEM分析和涂料基本性能测定。
Solvent-based UV irradiation shield transparent nano-coatings were prepared by adding different contents of nano-SiO(2),nano-ZnO or nano-Fe(2)O(3) into acrylate resin, fluorid resin or PE resin for good dispersion. Effects of different amount of nano-particles added on UV-VIS spectrum were discussed. TEM photo analysis and basic performance tests of the coatings prepared by mixing 3% of nano-SiO(2) with acrylate resin were carried out.
